Perlamatta, a Roman brasserie near Paris Expo
After the show floor, a real Roman table: carbonara with guanciale and pecorino romano DOP, pizza with fior di latte mozzarella, wines from small Italian growers. Come for lunch or for dinner — and if the stand kept you busy, the kitchen is still cooking at 3pm.

Somewhere to settle in
Yellow chairs, a teal banquette, marble tables and cement tiles: Perlamatta has the soul of a Roman neighbourhood brasserie. Glasses fill with wines from small Italian growers, conversations run on, and the street-side terrace stays open throughout service. The kitchen does not close between lunch and dinner, so you arrive whenever suits you.
